General

The COLOURLOCK crosslinker CD significantly improves the friction values and sensitivity of the COLOURLOCK top coat. The colored surfaces become much more robust and the feel improves because less top coat has to be applied.

Dosage

For soft leather surfaces, COLOURLOCK Crosslinker CD is added to the consumption amount of the COLOURLOCK Top Coat: 1% for soft furniture and clothing leathers, 2% for robust and stressed car and furniture leather.
When recoloring car or furniture leather, an additional 2% COLOURLOCK Crosslinker CD is added to the COLOURLOCK leather dye: 2% in the leather color, 1% in the top coat for soft furniture and clothing leathers, 2% in the top coat for robust and stressed car and furniture leather.
For artificial leather and vegan leather: 5% in the COLOURLOCK leather color and 5% added to the COLOURLOCK top coat.
For hard or plastic-like surfaces (steering wheels, dashboards, etc.): 8% in the COLOURLOCK plastic primer ND, 8% in the COLOURLOCK leather color and 8% added to the COLOURLOCK top coat.

Important

Important: • Stir or shake the COLOURLOCK crosslinker CD well and stir again if it has been left for a longer period of time (from 15 minutes)! Otherwise there is a risk that subsequent contact with water with a longer exposure time can dissolve the paint layer!
• The crosslinker is highly reactive with water. Therefore, do not allow it to come into contact with water or leave it open. Otherwise the product will become unusable. It first becomes viscous and then hard.
• Only as much COLOURLOCK Top Coat may be mixed with COLOURLOCK Crosslinker CD as will be used in the next 2-4 hours. Otherwise the crosslinker will lose its effect.
• When processing the COLOURLOCK Vernetzer CD, follow the necessary instructions and protective measures.

Reiniger mild/stark:
Den Reinigungsschaum auf einen Schwamm geben. Nicht direkt auf das Leder auftragen. Mit dem Schaum das Leder von Naht zu Naht säubern. Vorgang evtl. mehrfach wiederholen. Mit einem feuchten Tuch Schmutz und Reinigerreste entfernen, anschließend trocknen lassen.

Leder Protector:
Der Leder Protector wird aufgetragen, wenn das Leder nach der Reinigung getrocknet ist. I.d.R. nach 2 bis 3 Stunden. Mit einem weichen Tuch dünn auftragen und ohne nachpolieren trocknen lassen. Ein Auftrag ist i.d.R. ausreichend. Nur bei extrem trockenen Ledern die stark saugfähig sind den Vorgang wiederholen. Bei strapazierten Flächen (starker Gebrauch oder an Heizung oder im Sonnenbereich) alle 3 Monate nachpflegen. Bei Verschmutzungen vorsäubern!

Menge:
Die Menge ist i.d.R. ausreichend, um ein komplettes Interieur oder eine ganze Möbelgarnitur mehrfach zu behandeln. Der Reiniger wird nur bei verschmutzten Bereichen verwendet, und Pflege wird auf allen Flächen aufgetragen. Bei extremen Verschmutzungen wird evtl. eine größere Menge Reiniger benötigt. Dies ist aber nur in wenigen Fällen notwendig.

Alle Produkte immer zuerst an verdeckter Stelle auf Veränderungen oder Richtigkeit der Farbe prüfen!
