Below you will find a summary of the frequently asked questions about our online shop. We have divided these Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ for short) into sub-areas so that you can find your way around as quickly and easily as possible.

Topic: Order

No, there is no minimum order value for your order. Please note, however, that above a certain order value you may be able to save on shipping costs and even choose a free gift.

We offer you a large selection of different payment options. You can currently choose from classic advance payment (bank transfer), cash on delivery, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, EPS, Klarna Pay Now and Klarna Slice It. Depending on the payment method, you may be redirected to the provider's website for processing.

Our vouchers usually have their own code. Enter this code in the shopping cart under "Redeem coupon". Please note that our vouchers can only be redeemed in full: i.e. a €20 voucher can only be used for an order value of €20 or more.

Coupons are discount codes for our promotions. These also have their own code. Enter this code in the shopping cart under "Redeem coupon". Note that only one coupon can be redeemed per order. Multiple coupons/discounts cannot be combined.

Topic: Shipping & Delivery

The shipping costs are different for each country. You can find the current shipping costs here: view our shipping costs

You will usually receive your order 1-2 working days after the shipping date. In Austria you will receive the products the next day. On average, it takes two working days to Germany.
As soon as your order has been packed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. So you always know where your package is.

Yes, we are more than just an online shop! You are welcome to visit our Detailing Headquarters and take a look at our products on site. You can take what you like with you immediately. You can find the exact address of our shop here: to our detailing store

Of course! Just bring a little time with you and we will advise you and work with you to conjure up a tailor-made package for you.

It would be nice, but that would exceed our capacities. Products that are marked "immediately available" in the online shop are also in stock on site. Stock levels are synchronized every 5 minutes.

Topic: Revocation and Return

Unfortunately, this sometimes happens. But don't panic, just send us an email with photos of the damaged item and we'll take care of an exchange / subsequent delivery immediately. This is of course free of charge for you.

Everyone changes their mind sometimes. You can return any order to us. Please enclose a copy of the invoice and brief information so that we know how to handle your return. If you would like a return label from us, our iBot can help you in our live chat.

If you return products from your order, this will be treated as if you had never ordered them. If you fall below the free shipping limit with the remaining products, you will be charged for the shipping costs afterwards.
