No, there is no minimum order value for your order. Please note, however, that above a certain order value you may be able to save on shipping costs and even choose a free gift.

You can currently choose from classic advance payment (bank transfer), cash on delivery, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, EPS, Klarna Pay Now and Klarna Slice It. Our vouchers have their own code. Enter this code in the shopping cart under "Redeem coupon". Please note that our vouchers can only be redeemed in full: i.e. a €20 voucher can only be used for an order value of €20 or more.

Coupons are discount codes for our promotions. These also have their own code. Enter this code in the shopping cart under "Redeem coupon". Note that only one coupon can be redeemed per order. Multiple coupons/discounts cannot be combined.

If your order is received by 17.00, we will ship your order with DPD on the same working day (subject to stock availability). Within Austria, you will usually receive your order on the next working day. To Germany, experience shows that it takes two working days.
As soon as your order has been packed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This way, you always know where your package is.

For Austria and Germany, shipping is free for orders over 40€.

Unfortunately, this sometimes happens. But don't panic, just send us an email with photos of the damaged item and we'll take care of an exchange / subsequent delivery immediately. This is of course free of charge for you.
