Topic: Order
Coupons are discount codes for our promotions. These also have their own code. Enter this code in the shopping cart under "Redeem coupon". Note that only one coupon can be redeemed per order. Multiple coupons/discounts cannot be combined.
Topic: Shipping & Delivery
As soon as your order has been packed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This way, you always know where your package is.

Topic: Revocation and Return
What happens if I fall below the free shipping limit with the return?
In this case, you will be charged for the shipping costs that would otherwise have been incurred, as we have to treat the order as if you had never ordered the returned products.
